Social Security Disability

If you are unable to work as a result of a physical or mental disability, you may be eligible for Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). We have over twenty years of successful experience in helping clients obtain these benefits.  We assist our clients with all levels of the often cumbersome application and appeal process, beginning with the initial filing.

We provide guidance and knowledge in explaining the process at each stage, completing all necessary paperwork, obtaining supporting medical documentation and litigating claims at the hearing level.  Our expertise in this area is widely recognized and Attorney Lori Favata has been an invited speaker for live radio and seminar presentations.  She is also a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

Contact us if you are unable to work because of a disability, we can assist you with all aspects of your Social Security disability claim.
